At our company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring 100% satisfaction with our workmanship. In the unlikely event that there are any defects or errors on our part, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. However, please note that we do not generally accept returns due to user errors, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. We encourage our customers to double-check their orders before finalizing them to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Our top priority is to provide you with the best possible products and services. We stand behind our products and are happy to offer replacements for the following reasons: if the product is defective, if the print quality is poor, or if the product received differs from what was represented on our site. To initiate the replacement process, please email us at support@riracha.com with a photo of the product you received, along with other relevant details. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests, please email us at support@riracha.com. Our customer service team will assess your claim and, if approved, will provide you with a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Once we receive your return, kindly allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted, and such items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. In such cases, the item will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Next, we recommend contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Additionally, it’s a good idea to contact your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is visible. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@riracha.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with the refund process.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We understand the importance of providing high-quality products, and as such, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@riracha.com. Our customer service team will assess your claim and, if approved, will provide you with a return address to send the item back to us.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift, and it was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift-giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
